Microscopy Lab - Citrus Bacterial Spot
Confocal laser scanning 3-D reconstruction of leaf tissue infected with citrus bacterial spot bacteria. The blue is autofluorescing phenolics, the red is autofluorescing chloroplasts and the green is GFP fluorescing bacteria. The study was done in conjunction with the Canker Project by Dr. Jaime Cubero and Dr. James Graham.
